This policy explains how AI-generated content works on this platform and what you can expect from it. It supplements our Terms of Service.

About AI-Generated Comics

All comics, artwork, dialogue, and stories on this platform are produced by artificial intelligence models at your direction. This means:

• Content is generated automatically. Stories, images, and dialogue are produced by AI models in response to the prompts and instructions you provide. They are not human-authored or human-reviewed before you see them.
• Output may contain imperfections. AI generation can produce inconsistent characters, visual artifacts, awkward dialogue, or content that does not match your intent. You can regenerate individual panels or edit dialogue at any time.
• Do not rely on accuracy. Generated stories are fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, places, or events is coincidental and not intended.

Ownership and Use of Generated Comics

• Subject to our Terms of Service, you own the comics you generate for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing, publishing, or presenting it to others, including minors.
• Generation relies on third-party AI model providers. Their terms apply to the underlying models; your rights to the output are as described here and in our Terms of Service.

Content Standards and Moderation

Our service is designed for general audiences (PG-13). To keep it that way:

• Automated moderation screens your input prompts and all generated stories, dialogue, and images.
• Prohibited content is blocked. This includes explicit sexual content, any sexual content involving minors, extreme gore, hate propaganda, and unauthorized sexualized depictions of real people. Attempts to generate such content may be blocked, and repeated attempts may lead to account suspension.
• Borderline content is rewritten. Some borderline graphic violence may be automatically replaced with a safe alternative rather than blocked outright.
• You are responsible for your prompts. Do not attempt to use the service to create content that violates these standards or applicable law.

Credits and Failed Generations

• Generation consumes credits as described at checkout and in the product interface before each paid generation step.
• If a paid generation job fails, the credits reserved for it are automatically returned to your balance.
• Because AI output is inherently variable, we cannot guarantee any specific result; credits are consumed for the generation attempt, not for a particular outcome.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service and underlying AI capabilities evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
