  2. Creation Content — The stories, scripts, prompts, character descriptions, and reference photos you upload, as well as the outlines, panels, dialogue, and character sheets the AI generates for you. This content is stored in your account so you can return to, refine, and export your projects.
  3. Credits and Payment Information — Credit balances, generation records, and order or subscription details. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  4. Usage Data — Information about how you use the service, such as projects created, panels generated, features accessed, and error reports, used to operate and improve the generation pipeline.
  5. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
  6. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and improve your experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Operate the AI comic generation pipeline — turning your prompts and scripts into storyboards, panels, and lettered pages.
  • Process payments, maintain credit balances, and send order confirmations.

AI Processing of Your Content

To generate comics, the prompts, scripts, character descriptions, and images you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers that power the service. We share only the content required for each generation step, and we require these providers to process it solely to deliver the service to you. Please avoid including sensitive personal information about yourself or others in your prompts or reference images.

Public Content

Comics you choose to publish to the public gallery can be read and remixed by other users. Projects you keep private remain visible only to you. You can export your projects at any time as a JSON manifest or a PNG/ZIP bundle.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

  • With AI model providers that generate images and text for your comics.
  • With payment processors that handle orders and subscriptions.
  • With cloud storage and infrastructure providers that host the service and your projects, under confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

Your projects, generated panels, and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects or close your account at any time; deleted content is removed from our production systems within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Children's Privacy
